It's well known fact that green color has a calming effect on your body and mind - some studies even show that staring @ it reduces d blood pressure and decreases d cortisol levels. In any case, don't think there's a better way 2 "go green" than 2 spend some time in d nature.
Even if d simple visit 2 d nearest forest or public park also does d trick, 1 of my best escapes from d busy urban life is 2 visit our summer house near Slovenian border. Here r few pictures from d recent visit, resulting in d instant detox and refill.
